Signature Unverified When Document Unpacked #17

When we unpack some signed documents, we get a dialogue box indicating the signature is unverified. The OFR web portal, however, accepts these documents. Please let us know what's causing this and what we can do to fix it.

@CG-LRA will you please let us know the following details?

What version of the signing tool are you using?
What is the operating system running the tool?

If you are using the older version, I would suggest installing the newer 2.0 version located here https://github.com/GSA/gsa-doc-digital-signature/releases

Good afternoon Mr. Packham,

Please see the attached digitally signed example of a document with the problem I described. I asked the field unit that generated the document to provide answers to your questions below and will follow up when I hear back from them.
