Support for Windows 10? #19

Hi Mike, I was able to run the signer tool (version 2.0) on my personal Windows 10 laptop just fine. I haven't tested on any other systems besides the one.

I would definitely suggest testing the tool on an instance of your DISA Windows 10 standard image, if possible, to see if there are any issues before distributing out to all employees. The only dependency for a Windows system is that at least Java 8 is installed on the system installing/running the tool.

Off the top of my head, another item to check on Windows 10 for the enterprise images is:

It might require the tool to be signed (code signing) before it can be executed.
