Unable to Validate PIN #22

Received an email stating,:

I downloaded the GSA Document Signing Tool 2.0, GSA PKCS7, on my computer, opened it, inserted my PIV card, downloaded a test file and then tried to sign the document but the tool keeps saying “Unable to validate PIN. Verify PIN is correct”.

Looking into the issue.
