Looking into the following issue received in an email from an agency:
"I have a customer that is receiving the above error message on a Dell Laptop running Win 7 64-Bit with Java 8 update 111. He was not receiving the error message when he was running Java 8 update 92 (64bit). I updated him to 8 111 on his laptop and he started receiving the messages. However, he has a desktop running Win 7 64bit with Java 8 update 111 and he has no issues with it. Any help would be greatly appreciated."
