Deprecated / removed Sun libraries in JDK 9 #28

It looks like JDK 9 will be removing or making certain Sun libraries unavailable. Specific to the signing tool it looks like the SunPKCS11 library won't be available to use any longer.

FYI, it looks like there is more support for PKCS11 with Python these days.
