GSA Signing Tool Error: "Unable to Sign. No Signing Certificates found on the card." #30

Hello, I've encountered an issue with the GSA Signing Tool where it produced the error message: "Unable to Sign. No Signing Certificates found on the card" (see screenshot attached).

We've confirmed our PIV is not expired, the cert "Advanced" feature has the "document signing" checked and we have Java installed. Interestingly, the PIV card can digitally sign PDF's; however, the GSA Signing Tool is not recognizing the "Signing Cert." We've also verified other PIV cards are able to sign on the same laptop using the GSA Signing Tool (possibly something unique about the PIV card cert?).

Question: Is there anything else to "check/ troubleshoot" on the PIV card cert to see why the GSA Signing Tool is not recognizing the "signing cert"?

The thing you need to verify is the PIV card contains a digital certificate that has the Key Usage values of:
