Description of Issue:

The WHfB playbook includes an enrollment process using the Microsoft Authenticator app. An agency can also establish an enrollment process using a PIV credential.

Possible Solution

Include a decision tree when an agency should use a PIV credential versus the authenticator app and update the instructions with how to use a PIV credential for enrollment.
