You can ignore the build failure - still working on that in #30.

Good point. For D2D, I'm using an existing IAM role/policy, but it would make sense to have a "blessed" one for provisioning that's centrally managed. Not sure if that should live in this repo or not...in other words, if it has applicability beyond Jenkins. Thoughts?
