Software - Access to JAMF Software Catalog from outside VPN/GSA Network #15

[12:47 PM] Related, I've been trying to install LibreOffice and GIMP off of self service and getting an error message with a failed install every time

[May 30] I believe you need to be on VPN or in an office for the installs to work at this point in time.

[1:02 PM] Currently, I am in process of moving files over to the outside facing transfer point. As I mentioned to your leadership folks currently files can only be delivered from self service if you are on the GSA network not while outside of the network. In the near future, this will change and I will have your leadership folks communicate that change to you all. Looking at the error email I received it looks like you are trying to pull files from the outside not inside

As of 6/1/2017 Software Catalog and installers are available from outside the GSA Network
