Understanding identification is an entire subject. As far as creating FR marketplace id: does it link to GOV login? Apologies, first time on site and haven't dug around enough yet to hit play without reading more to understand policy better prior to creation. 

          Correct, will continue understanding the dynamics. Then execute. Thanks.

@TateGunning FedRAMP IDs are assigned to CSPs once they begin engagement with the PMO. They are meant to be unique identifiers that do not change through the lifecycle of the products listed on the marketplace. As acquisitions, mergers, name changes happen the IDs remain the same.
