Update component naming to use usa-prefix #44

All component / directive names as well as there selectors should be prefixed with usa. There are multiple components that prefix with uswds instead. We want to use usa for consistency with uswds because all classes in uswds are prefixed with usa

Delete demo selectors (or rename).
