Not a linear process. But key steps of each phase. Lets discuss as a team where we are at with some of our prioritized work.

Prioritization

  1. Tracking feedback from partners
  2. Aligning on criteria for prioritizing what UX work to take on when and why

Research/Scoping

  1. Epics are defined with a series of high-level user stories
  2. Scoping research conducted with partners to define key solution needs of identified problem area
  3. Epics and corresponding user stories are finalized

Design

  1. Wireframes are created with any existing customer feedback we've got
  2. A decision is made about whether the changes constitute user testing/feedback

Testing

  1. If yes, the wireframes are put in front of users for user testing (Em/Meghan, do we have ongoing process around recruitment here?)
  2. Feedback is incorporated into wireframes is necessary

Implementation

  1. Team meets internally to view and finalize design
  2. Once agreed upon, the wireframes are sent to devs and put in issues for implementation
  3. Ongoing feedback is considered for future changes

UX design sync appoint a note taker who is not presenter? Take notes directly in issue for tracking

Some thoughts on additional Github issue templates that might support better UX chunking/tasking: https://docs.google.com/document/d/13I7wQNYmBA0W3M5iMmzOdpu8BwIqJ2kTnl3Ntctn9Bw/edit#heading=h.93qk6beg0jaj
