As a Notify sender, I want a row-by-row record of a recent job so I can delivery information is accurate and everything is working according to expectations.

[ ] Re-write 'date sent' to display similar to traditional American format: February 2
[ ] Ensure 'date sent time' is in the 12 hour clock (so 2pm instead of 14)
[ ] Update the disclaimer text under the status tracker with the following:
Messages are sent immediately to the cell phone carrier, but will remain in "pending" status until we hear back from the carrier they have received it and attempted deliver. More information on [delivery statuses](x).
For the table:
[ ] Update the table UI styles to match wireframe
[ ] Widen 'Recipient' column to give more space to the text-message preview that displays underneath the phone numbers. To do this take space away and make "status column" narrower.
[ ] Add dashes in phone numbers (should be displayed as xxx-xxx-xxxx)
[ ] Add (or clean up, if it exists already) pagination if Job includes over 10 rows of data
