As a user I want to,

Navigate easily to guidance and subpages, and return to previous pages.

Definition of Done

[x] Should include a side navigation
[x] Should include breadcrumbs
[ ] Should be able to easily navigate to guidance content
[x] Implement guidance behind the log-in (permissions)
