Test CSVs without "phone number" row #1974

We have had some issues in the past. Just do a quick check that when a csv file is uploaded, it is rejected if there is no "phone number" column. That is the only required column

Tested this and got the following red banner in the UI:

Your file needs a column called ‘phone number’.
