Sending

• [ ] Single message -- we generate a long .CSV name and display it on the confirmation, this confuses people "where did this come from", rethink how we display "recipient list" for one-off messages
• [ ] Fix the template select where everyone clicks the checkbox instead of the name.
• [ ] Add input mask or hint to telephone number field, rethink experience
• [ ] my big wish: once someone selects a template to send a person, it doesn't continue as a screen by screen flow, but rather a single screen with the different functions needed to draft, schedule, and finalize for sending. alternatively a step-through process would be great to show the user where they are and what's left to complete

Dashboard

• [ ] Dashboard data viz - "accounts" drop down is confusing, think through clearer experience (toggle?)
• [ ] Dashboard - add a number of total messages sent for the week (not just day-by-day)

Rethink Services

• [ ] Update design of Service Landing page (right now "add new service" is the most prominent thing
• [ ] Decouple service name / from service number / from the workspace you're in

Reports

• [ ] people expect downloaded reports to look the same as what is displayed on screen (this is not the case).
• [ ] we have different reports (time based & batch) this is not clear to people
• [ ] some users want a downloadable aggregate report (aka what's on the activity page)

Settings

We're looking for are for the product to embody quality principles of trustworthiness (= accuracy and consistency) and ease of use. Today there are some minor fails on these.

In general, we can put a value on different improvements by (how many people encounter the problem) x (how often they encounter the issue) x (how much we think our improvement will help). In other words, fix the biggest issues affecting the most people first!

If we are looking for an approach, then repackaging these into story-sized chunks, scoring them, then knocking them off in approximate order of importance might work for us.
