Fix Trial Mode Allowance counter to display 50K #2044

Currently set to 250k not trial mode amount.

As a user in trial mode, I want to have an accurate display of my message allowance.

The code says live services get 250k and trial services get 40k. I looked on production and that seems to be the case for all services. I then tested locally and when I promoted one of my trial services to live, the number went from 40k to 250k. So it seems to be working as designed.
