Phoebe is joining the LE team (back from leave) and is dedicated to the Texting workstream 100%. She is part time for the next few weeks and is with us until end of FY 23

Schedule currently: M, W afternoons & Tue Thur mornings, Fridays off (ET)

[x] @em-herrick share most up-to-date versions of documents
[x] @tdlowden add Phoebe to outreach and Monday stand-up
[x] Team to discuss role she can play at 2/23 mid-sprint review
[ ] Use 2/27 Monday outreach to update her on leads and discuss role

@amyashida and @alexpandel hoping to talk more about how we can use Phoebe tomorrow (2/23 at mid-sprint).

I am also wondering if we want to talk as a team about how Sheev will stay involved (as we've hit his first research support milestone).
