Please note:

you will see event border color black here, as the grey color change is in another user story -contract families, code is not merged in yet, so color is not reflecting in this feature branch.
you will see the bulletin style are with arrow throughout. For same page, this bulletin style better keep consistent, as we convert all the bulletin point to either use arrow or not using any (default dot style) to avoid making markdown too complex to maintain.
as content doc is not 100% matching with Figma, I used the content doc text for now util you or Rosamund confirm which is the correct text.

@weiwang-gsa This page looks good from design side. OK to use the arrow bullets throughout.

The content doc should be the source of truth here. This page will need some content revisions before launch anyway, so I think it's ok to move forward. I'd like to get this into the main branch for screen reader testing tomorrow (if possible).

@rosamundtgov and @weiwang-gsa please edit the email in the last sentence at the bottom of the page to the OASIS+ DPA email as follows: @oasisplusdpa@gsa.gov. I've added the Jan. 11, 2024 Intro to OASIS+ Overview training link in the content doc per the request to include a direct link to the training on this web page. Other than these two items, the page looks good to go.
