Figure out how to incorporate Drupal GWAC DPA form #68

As a buyer, I need to use the standard GWAC form (on GSA.gov Drupal) to sign-up for a delegation of procurement authority.

@rosamundtgov The form is almost completed. It doesn't need to be ready for MVP as DPA's will not be starting til ~May.

Once they have it complete I'll let you know.

Should we change the language on the page to make this clear?

Currently:

Request a DPA.

Complete and submit the DPA Request Form (link broken).

Possible change:

Request a DPA.

The DPA request form is under development.

Yes. I'm going to make a new ticket and put this back to post-MVP.
