Sharing back changes we made in our fork

Here is the summary of changes:

• Adjusted the HTML templates for learnings building the editor and internal feedback from using OpenACRs. Also improved and fixed some bugs in the HTML output.
• Added new handlebar functions. Made it so the handlebar template can be taken as a parameter to generate custom outputs. Recommended to start with the available handlebar templates and modify the HTML but keep the functions intact.
• Created an executable version of openacr.js that once deployed to https://www.npmjs.com/package/@openacr/openacr can be installed and executed.
• Updated dependencies and licenses.

The 'Deploy / build' failure it because of the fork cannot push up to this repo so can be ignored.
