To help raise public awareness about the OGP, at least 3-5 events should be hosted outside the Beltway (with press invited) during the Fall of 2018 once the new NAP 4 is published, with government officials in attendance, to announce the launch of the new Action Plan and help make its implementers more accountable to a broader set of Americans (outside of policy circles in DC).
