Container logs are empty #286

The logs created to capture the contents of containers are now zero bytes in length.

In order to solve this, we need to standardize the container names which are inconsistent between container logs and container dumps. That will require some artifact and log file names to change. We should also remove the key identifiers surrounded by single quotes which makes file name manipulation difficult for CLI users.
