@lachellel @djpackham Procedures for How do I enable PIV/CAC for Secure Shell (SSH) to a Unix-like system from Windows? (Issue #46 - Enable PIV/CAC for SSH)

Can you pull this back (I can close the PR) and resubmit the pull request against the ssh branch please?

This will allow us to iterate on changes, without impacting the merges from staging -> federalist-pages (push to live site).

Changes that I will add:

  1. update to intro: tone, style, tense
  2. purpose
  3. remove all references to jumpboxes (those were specific) and explain the best practices for govt (use of jumpboxes as a pattern, ssh from gfe versus from jumpboxes, priv user requirements, deploying versus using)
  4. options for configuring the remote server
