@lachellel Changes have been made. Added the "Issuing Domain Controller Certificates" section back in, per Jordan, which is currently at the end of the page. It reads like preliminary information though--things to think about before you proceed. Seems like it should be the first thing on the page, rather than the last. Also, Jordan asked me to remove "CAC" from "PIV/CAC" in the ssh-all-2.md, so I removed "CAC" from this page also. Please let me know if you would like additional changes made.
