56.0.2 (64-bit) on Windows doesn't match the documentation and does not appear to support Firefox 56.0.2 on Windows 64-bit.
Details of Issue:
The documentation at OpenSC's Wiki is out-of-date. There are no longer tabs on the Options menu-- only 4 sidebar menu options. The Advanced tab is found by clicking Privacy and Security.
