get Studio listed as a hiring org for future bucket IC hiring #20

Why: to see if we can hire externally to limit squeeze on existing orgs

Definition of done:

[x] ask initial questions of the hiring managers about their timing/other logistics, to assess if this is a good path to pursue
[ ] ask Ashley to tell Talent to add the Studio as a hiring org for future rounds

I chatted w/ Nikki and Andrew about this - they said that the Studio needs to be on the list of hiring orgs to pull from the applicant pools. We can't use the ones that are already closed, but Ashely could help us get on the list for future pools (which are coming up shortly)
