Address missing meta descriptions #1029

Description

All LE pages in English and Spanish, but not the landing pages, are missing a meta description. This field is used to control the text that shows up in search results under the SERP title. I'm assigning three people: Gene: figure out why the field is not showing up on LE pages when it is showing up on landing pages Diego and Nick: Come up with good meta descriptions for each page

Met with Diego to discuss. Gene is working on figuring out why the meta description field doesn't show up. Once that is resolved, Diego and I can come up with meta descriptions for each LE page. There will be 6 total.

Does anyone have the meta description already? I remember we put in in a previous ticket but couldn't find it.

https://github.com/GSA/px-benefit-finder/pull/1167 Created PR. It adds meta description field in life event. Once merged, can test at Benefit Finder DEV site. It will be in next release.
