Unmoderated usability testing of entire BF flow #1362

Description

Run unmoderated testing of the 3 different versions of Benefit Finder to validate the entire user flow with authentic users

User Story

As a person experiencing the death of a loved one, retirement, or living with a disability, I am using BF to determine what benefits I may be eligible to receive. I need a tool that works for me, is easy to use, and takes me to the right place to continue my benefits application process.

As the Benefit Finder UX team, we need to better understand and evaluate how the entire flow of using Benefit Finder works for people with authentic experience, using their actual personal information

Acceptance Criteria

@erniedeeb @fongcindy - if you have time to review this doc, feel free to suggest any edits or additional high priority questions you'd like to get user feedback on in unmoderated testing. I'm planning to launch the first set of sessions tomorrow (6/5) on UserTesting.com, so ideally by 11am ET tomorrow

*Note that users will be screened based on personal experience with 1 of the 3 target LEs and will only see the BF that is directly relevant to them (i.e., users who are preparing for retirement will only see the Retirement BF and the retirement scenario, etc.), but all users will answer the same set of questions about their overall experience.
