The data we collect now can tell us accordion opens and benefit clicks by benefit. So that would be enough for a clickthrough rate. But we don't have data currently on how many people saw each benefit, which would be another way to look at clickthrough rate. We could start tracking that in the future but it would probably take two sprints to create the new data layer variables and QA everything.
Thanks Nick. Let's leave this as is now and I'll update sometime next week, when we can determine our next steps
Description
We received a request to see the clickthrough rates of individual benefits. Provided we're able to track this information, a simple export of each benefit with how often the CTA is clicked should suffice. If rates aren't possible with the data we're currently gathering, a list of total clicks by benefit could also be helpful.
