What's expected

The banner will be closed when users open the page and only open if they click the link/arrow to expand "here's how you know"

What happened

The banner had already been expanded when the page loaded on mobile. This was witnessed on multiple life experiences.

While this doesn't seem to be happening consistently, Casey White witnessed it several times and we documented it. We also have data in CrazyEgg showing an extremely large amount of clicks on that banner for DOLO in mobile. While this may be a bug on the CrazyEgg side, it might be related to the issue of the banner automatically opening on launch, requiring users to click to close it.

How to replicate

Open a benefit finder life experience on a phone. It doesn't seem to be happening consistently so it may take multiple testers to witness it again.

our application doesn't affect this banner, if it is an issue it would be related to USAGov code.
