Work with Teri and Jemi on state benefits research

User Story

As content editors we need to map and audit state benefits to propose how to include these on USAGov.

Acceptance Criteria

Complete one iteration of the state benefits.

Completed the first pass of my part of 12 states in the State benefits discovery doc. Will meet with Teri, Jemi, and Michelle from the benefits transition team to see how to proceed with the analysis.
