What's expected

The THog reports should upload to the report to the S3 without issue. The scan runs fine but if another scan is executing at the same time the S3 locks

What happened

The THog reports should upload to the report to the S3 without issue. The scan runs fine but if another scan is executing at the same time the S3 locks

How to replicate

Make a PR and let the thog scans run.
