Description

Create and verify tags to track phase 1 events (see all 3 phases of funnel below)

  1. How many people start and how many people finish? (all events use sessions as metric) (Conversion rate=sessions with benefit click/sessions) a. Sessions (total sessions of benefit-finder/death) [Sessions] b. Start button clicks (USA_BF_Main_Start_Button) [Start button clicks] c. USA_BF_About_Applicant_Continue_Submit [About the Applicant Continue] d. USA_BF_About_Deceased_Continue_Submit [About the Deceased Continue] e. Accordion Open (USA_BF_AccOpen) [Benefit Accordion Open] f. Benefit click [Benefit Click]
  2. How many people make it to each page? a. USA_BF_About_Applicant_Continue_Submit b. USA_BF_About_Deceased_Continue_Submit
  3. Refinements (requires dev work) a. How many benefits appear in the results? b. Which questions people answer vs skip c. How often do people get no results? d. What position does a benefit appear in? (optional)
