Set up analytics funnel and overview with real data from GA4.

This has been completed by Casey and reviewed by me. The data in the dashboard is test data from GA4. It doesn't represent real user behavior, but the point is to connect the data and set up filters and parameters necessary so that we can simply populate the data sources with new data when the site is made public. We still need to do this for our Goal 3 dashboard pages, which are aligned with question and benefit data.
