Disability getting way more clicks, followed by retirement, and DOLO hardly getting any (this is remarkable because overall DOLO has had more total views than Retirement)

Mobile: The most clicked link by far is "Other government benefits" inside the hamburger menu on the top right. Disability is next with a lot more clicks than the other two. In mobile, DOLO got a few more clicks than Retirement, but it was pretty close. Questions: Is our desktop design not making DOLO easy enough for people to find? Or are there demographic differences such as age between desktop and mobile users that are driving this behavior? Also, why are so many people clicking on "Other government benefits?"
