Include US Coast Guard Recalls in API #5

API specification does not appear to include recalls from the USCG, despite USCG being listed as a participating agency on recalls.gov

It doesn't appear that these boating recalls are in a machine-readable format. Do you know if the USCG has the content of its boating recalls database (http://www.uscgboating.org/recalls/recall_database.aspx) in an API, RSS feed, or other machine-readable format? Or, do you have a point of contact who we could ask about publishing such a file?
