Remove sample frontpage cards, and add next/previous buttons #1079

There appear to be a lot of changes in this PR, but that is mainly because the file was replaced with a version that was generated from the configuration form. The actual changes here are:

  1. Remove the lorem-ipsum sample frontpage "cards"
  2. Add next/previous buttons on goals and indicators
  3. Update the repository addresses
