Updates for RSS Feed Indexing

Summary

Now that we support RSS feeds as sitemaps for indexing, we need to update sections across our website accordingly.

I think we may need to improve on "We understand it can be difficult for some legacy systems to generate a sitemaps, so if this is the case, please reach out. We also support valid RSS 2.0 and Atom 2.0 feeds for URL discovery." at some point, but we can wait for the questions to come in to direct our thinking in how to change it.
