ISE Master AWS Services Tracking List #24

I have two problems with the ISE Master AWS Services Tracking List related to the SCP policy generator.

  1. ISE has locked the spreadsheet down so you can't download, export or copy from it (making it essentially useless except for casual reference)
  2. Two of the services have a status of "Not Approved", which would match as an approved service in the is_approved function.
