generate target URL list for #1017

Doing this here.

There were 9ish URLs that had www in them but didn't start with www.. I deleted those.

• This left 28,768 target URLs.
• 3,172 start with www.
• I'm deleting www. from the Target URL column using find and replace.
• Using a custom formula, we then see that 5,176 of the 28,768 Target URLs are duplicates.
• Rather than deduplicate the list though, I'm going to leave them in there since the scans will just run twice.

• There are 29,649 target URLs
• 3,161 begin with www.
• 3,231 contain www. (70 unique from ^^^)
• 3,460 begin with www (298 unique from both of ^^^)
• 3,577 contain www (48 unique from all of ^^^^))
