research a field that detects meta redirects #1028

Or .... maybe that captures the redirect chain, including up until a point that it no longer completes.

One difficulty would be that right now, our primary scan fails on meta redirects, but ....

One idea - could puppeteer curl the URL?

e.g. curl https://usmcservmart.gsa.gov

Alright - we've got some ideas on this front and are going to try to build it next sprint. Closing this in favor of #1037
