The short term has crystalized on this front, such that the site-scanning project itself won't actively be involved in satisfying the initial 60 day need for agencies to report non-.gov urls (the existing mechanism on search.gov will continue playing that role). We'll instead support OMB/CISA/search.gov in driving the messaging to agencies on this.

In the medium and long term, we still want to further collaborate with CISA and search.gov on coalescing website indexes to help bring clarity and a unified vision around the federal web presence.
