Add Wagtail to list of CMS's

Wagtail is a Python/Django-based CMS that is used by the CFPB, the FEC, the Peace Corps, NASA, HHS, and others. Would it be possible to add it to the CMS list? Thank you!

Ideas:

• Backwards engineer how wappalyzer used to do this.
• Another idea would be to see if we see anything in their code that might help.

@ascott1 - just to update you, we've taken a first crack at this but unfortunately not had any luck. Right now, we haven't yet found, from wappalyzer or anywhere else. We are keeping this issue open but don't have a timetable of when we'll be able to complete this.

If you know of anything in the page source code or the header file that indicates wagtail CMS, please let us know!
