Investigate underlying error messages below `Unknown Error` scan statuses #955

Thanks for the update on this just now. Can you either: share a bunch of examples of these errors, and/or create a text file with a few thousand or tens of thousands of rows of sample data, and/or think about if there's a way to create further error types that would account for more chunks of what is currently unknown error?
