Correct these target URLs that are in the index:

~Grants Reporting Tool (www.reporting.odp.dhs.gov~ ~http:safetydata.fra.dot.gov~ ~http:www.rrb.gov~ ~See www.ttb.gov~ ~https:www.ttb.gov~ ~www.pay.gov and www.ttb.gov~ ~Oracle Application Server web address: cowebforms.aphis.usda.gov~ ~www.9af.acc.af.mil�� is now www.15af.acc.af.mil~

These are now all addressed.

Remove duplicates in the target URL list - https://github.com/GSA/site-scanning/issues/966

Some .mils are being filtered that shouldn't be - https://github.com/GSA/site-scanning/issues/967
