@JessicaMarine1 @johnbeallgsa I added this story as we talk about downloading accessible versions of things from the training platform. We've come across this issue a few times and if there is an easy/not high level of effort way of doing this, I think this would be helpful. If not, we can move this to post MVP.
This seems like a nice-to-have (not a must have) to me. If so, it should be post-MVP.
I think this one is in a weird gray space. We usually don't need it, but in the instances that agencies have requested it, we've had to pull this manually. This is the second time in about 2 months that we've had to address this.
Talk to SD team to see if this is something that can easily pulled from GitHub by the vendor or if there is a need for an interface.
This request comes from auditors / program staff that is performing investigations. They will ask for versions of trainings & quizzes. Program doesn't currently track prior versions -- can't provide versions in effect on 2/1/2022. Requests are somewhat infrequent but have been increasing lately.
Answer: We're storing quizzes in the database. Not making edits; creating a new one and saving it -- would be easy to tell what version of the quiz was in production when.
Training material lives in GitHub -- could get from a prior version of the code -- vendor should be able to pull that. It would be in markdown.
Decision: As long as SmartPay can get to this with the vendor's help, no need to build an interface for MVP. Maybe a good AC for MVP would be to demo and document this.

Based on a decision in the March 12, 2024, JAD session, the system needs to track the version of the quiz a user is taking along with the user's answers to each question. This information will need to be extractable from the DB for inquires by the Agency or OIG.
As an administrator, I want to have the ability to download the version of the training course material and corresponding quiz (with answer choices) for a specific date/time period in order to respond to agency/OIG inquiries.
Note: As long as GSA SmartPay can get to this with the vendor's help, there is no need to build an interface.
