Administrator | Loading GSPC Eligible List into the Training System

As an administrator, I want to load a list of users that took the required GSPC courses at the yearly forum into the system to allow them to verify their level of experience and obtain their GSPC certificate.

Acceptance Criteria:

• [ ] Administrator is able to load a list of eligible GSPC users, which includes their name, agency, bureau (if applicable), and email address.

Based on JAD Discussion and Decisions from 11/7/2023:

• The following fields are required to be accepted on the upload: Full Name, Agency and Email Address
• The system must alert the admin user if the file (CSV) has errors
• The system must allow an admin user to correct file errors outside of the tool and allow the admin user to upload the corrected file

Send Invitations for GSA SmartPay Program Certification

After the attendees finish the necessary coursework for the GSA SmartPay Program Certification (GSPC), as stated in Smart Bulletin 22 during the GSA SmartPay Training Forum, you can use the form below to send each attendee an email containing a link. This link will enable them to certify their hands-on experience and obtain a PDF copy of their GSPC.

Please fill out the form below by entering the attendees' email addresses as a comma-separated list and selecting an expiration date for their certificate. The expiration date should be three years from the date of the GSA SmartPay Training Forum. This form will verify the entered email addresses and notify you if any are invalid.

Comments/Additional Notes

• The system will only validate that the email addresses are in a valid format; the system does not have the ability to identify if an email address is bounced/undeliverable.
