Customizable Training Reports

[A-L33]

As a Level 1 Administrator, I want customizable reports to analyze data.

Acceptance Criteria:

• [ ] User can generate training reports based on agency, agency/bureau, quiz name, and quiz completion date.
• [ ] User can download customized reports.
• [ ] The Quiz Completed Date field should allow a date range to be entered.
• [ ] The Quiz Name field should be a drop-down of options.
• [ ] The Quiz Name field should allow for multi-select
• [ ] An Admin user should be able to select any Agency from the Agency drop-down (Agency drop-down is a single select)
• [ ] An Admin user should be able to select the Bureau from the Bureau drop-down; this drop-down field is filtered based on the Agency selected.

The results of the report should contain the following information:

• Full Name
• Email Address
• Quiz Name
• Agency
• Bureau
• Completion Date and Time

NOTE: If a user has completed multiple quizzes, they will appear as an entry on the report for each quiz taken (based on the parameters selected)

Decisions from 2/6/24 meeting:

• The Quiz Completed Date field should allow a date range to be entered.
• The Quiz Name field should be a drop-down of options
• The Quiz Name field should allow for multi-select
• An A/OPC user should only be able to select their Agency from the Agency drop-down
• An A/OPC user should be able to select a Bureau associated with their Agency. Note: not all Agencies will have Bureaus.
• An A/OPC user should only be able to see data from their Agency
• An Admin user should be able to select any Agency from the Agency drop-down
• An Admin user should be able to select the Bureau from the Bureau drop-down; this drop-down field is filtered based on the Agency selected

- A user should be able to search by Email Address - A user should be able to search by Full Name

The results of the report should contain the following information:

• Full Name
• Email Address
• Quiz Name
• Agency
• Bureau
• Completion Date and Time

Based on a discussion with @johnbeallgsa @john-labbate the ability to search by email address and full name will be developed potentially in a future iteration of this report. Adding these parameters would require changes to the database.
