As a user with reporting access, after running the selected report, I would like the option to email it to my email address on file within the training system.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Option provided to user to email selected report to user's email on file within the training system.

Per the decision made on March 12, 2024, JAD Session, this user story can be archived; this functionality is not needed.
